Agora Cinema Club x 'Try Out Your Neighbourhood'

Join Agora Cinema Club for a movie screening and an engaging discussion in a social setting.

Agora Cinema Club was founded in November 2025 and meets every other week. The aim of the club is to showcase great films that might otherwise go unnoticed and to spark engaging conversations.

Each month, a new theme is selected, and two films are curated with input from participants.

On the last Tuesday of April, the club will host a special screening in collaboration with Try Out Your Neighbourhood – a project that introduces internationals living in Copenhagen to cultural activities and social events across the city.

The evening will begin with a short presentation highlighting some of the opportunities offered by Kultur & Fritid Østerbro for finding communities and events that are welcoming to people who do not speak Danish or who have not yet established a strong network in the city.
